Psalms 38:2-8

2 For Your ^aarrows have sunk deep into me,
And ^bYour hand has pressed down on me.
3 There is ^cno healthy part in my flesh ^dbecause of Your indignation;
There is no health ^ein my bones because of my sin.
4 For my ^fguilty deeds have gone over my head;
Like a heavy burden they weigh too much for me.
5 My ^{▼▼Or stripes}wounds grow foul and fester
Because of ^hmy foolishness.
6 I am bent over and ⁱgreatly bowed down;
I ^jgo in mourning all day long.
7 For my ^{▼▼Lit loins}sides are filled with ^lburning,
And there is ^mno healthy part in my flesh.
8 I feel ⁿfaint and ^{▼▼Or greatly}badly crushed;
I ^{▼▼Lit roar
